“Freed2Serve” is a special ministry of David McKellip dedicated to the care and support of all who in search of direction for their lives.
Though the life example and teachings of Jesus, we are dedicated to assist committed seekers find balance and a life of the purest Shalom and Koinonia .
“Trust Christ Jesus in All things.” Peace comes through God’s Grace. We need understand that there is nothing we DO that can earn salvation. We can not BE good enough for salvation. Salvation is a gift of God through Jesus death on the Cross. There is nothing we can do to make God love us more than He already does. The simple truth is “Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so.”
Some one recently said, “I feel like such a failure.” The truth is our goodness is like filthy rags. When we surrender our lives over to Jesus, it is only then that He can bring us to be successful in living life. When we love him and one another we fulfill all the rules and all the law. We need loose our lives in love and service. Life is not about us at all . It s about the surrender of the self. Its about others. This simple truth brings us to the purest of balance and peace. The world calls us to power, prestige, possessions, position. Jesus calls us to surrender our lives to rest in Him. To the world this is foolishness. But in Him we find the way the truth and the life. Read Matthew, Chapters 5, 6, 7 .
